BoHeMSA the Bosnian and Herzegovinan Medical Student Association was esteblished in 1993. The structure of BoHeMSA was formed by the rules of IFMSA. The main goal of our association was determined in cooperation with students associations in all of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

During the academic year, five active committees of BoHeMSA (SCOPE, SCOME, SCORP, SCOPH, SCORA and sport sector), implement projects on local, national and international levels, promoting health, and medical education. Beside Medical faculty activity in Sarajevo (where our headquarters are), we coordinate the work of student associations on Medical faculty in Tuzla and Mostar (where our local committees are).

 

Most of our projects have been presented on GA meetings and have, so far, won prizes and compliments from our colleagues from all over the world.

 

BoHeMSA, is a recent IFMSA's member, and has 25 student exchanges. All of our guest students leave Bosnia with a promise to come back.
