The 30th Edition of the Asian Medical Students' Conference is coming your way!

Asian Medical Students Association News
AMSA is a international student organisation formed by medical students' associations in Asia and Oceania. It has 11 regional members representing Australia, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Taiwan, Thailand,and The Philipines. We have 2 associate members which are UK and Papua New Guinea, and also 4 Observer Cambodia, China, Nepal, and New Zealand. At the recent 22nd EAMSC from 07-11 Jan 2009, Singapore was invited to be an observer country, with a view to full membership.
 
The main activity is having scientific (cultural) conferences. Every year AMSA has the Asian Medical Students' Conference (AMSC) and East Asian Medical Students' Conference (EAMSC). The 30th AMSC will be held from 25 July - 01 Aug 2009 in the Taipei Convention Center, Taiwan.
